Wayne's cousin introduces himself to Frank and Guy as the cousin of Wayne. In his first appearance, Wayne's friends think that he is actually Wayne who got really fat after eating junk food to cope with a breakup.
When Wayne arrives, he refers to his cousin as "Lardo", and in a later comic it is revealed that nickname is derived from his real name, Lars.
